Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made in writing (handwritten or computer slip).

The request can be mailed, faxed or dropped in the any of the repeat prescription request boxes (both inside and outside of the building).

Alternatively you can register for online services and order via the link at the top of this page. Please click here or ask at reception about registering.

Please ensure that you give at least 48 hours notice. Prescriptions for the part-time doctors can occasionally take longer than 48 hours so please be aware of this when you make your request.

Repeat prescriptions will only be given if previously agreed with the doctor and will be reviewed on a regular basis. If you require medication that is not on repeat, you will almost certainly need an appointment. If you ask someone else to collect your prescription, they will be required to sign for it.
